Dr. Andrew Weil is my health guru. I treat any information I get from him with the highest regard. I found the information he gave in this book regarding carotenes, vitamin E, vitamin C and selenium to be very helpful.
I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in improving their health.

This LITTLE Booklet does not provide comprehensive information about vitamins and minerals. Short questions and answers do not give enough information to be of any help. You will be very disappointed with this booklet if you are searching for in depth guidance. The title is very misleading.

Vitamins! If popping a morning dose is something you do before you are fully awake because your mother told you to do it, Dr. Weil alerts you to the importance of each component in keeping you at your best. A readable introduction.

Small but usefull, 2004-02-25
This book is very small and simple yet it is good for a very quick reference to get you started on the right track. It is not detailed but helpfull - worth the price as long as you don't pay for shipping.
