I have found that I have fewer side effects with Twinlab than most. It frightens me to see some reviewers of this product who take very large doses without building up to it gradually. Yes, you can end up in the hospital, without a doubt! My doctor started me on 50mg (not 500) and each week I took a LITTLE more. It took months to get to my "full dose." PLEASE DON'T JUST START TAKING THIS WITHOUT TALKING TO YOUR DOCTOR FIRST! While it is generally safe, the side effects can be mind blowing IF taken incorrectly. I took two of these and had a horrible reaction, my skin turned bright red and started burning! I went to the hospital and eventually found out it was just an overdose of the B3. I had read an article that said a high dose B3 suppliment could help concentration associated with ADD.
